The Third Power Transmission Network Will be Built Between Armenia and Iran

Armenia and Iran will build the third power transmission network to ensure that the transmission capacity of Iran to Armenia increased from 300 MW to 1000 MW.

On August 12, Aram Ananian told reporters on Iran and Armenia 400 kilovolt power transmission wire signing ceremony, that the transmission network would start with the help of the two governments and Sunir company, under the Export-Import Bank of Iran. This project was of great value to both countries.

Aram Ananian said, because of the summer heat, Iran needed more power. Through the construction of the transmission network, the capacity of the transmission capacity of Iran increased from 300 MW to 1000 MW. The new construction of the transmission network mutually connected the power grid of Iran, Armenia, Georgia, Russia, Turkey which was welcomed by these countries' governments.
